Payments

All purchase orders must be paid in full by credit card prior to shipping. We only accepts payments via VISA & MASTERCARD.

Shipping

1) Completed orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Your purchase order may take up to 3-5 days to process and additional days to ship.

2) Customers will be responsible for shipping charges.

3) Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

4) Delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.

Backorder

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you that we are out of stock and remove it from your order. If we are out of all the items in your order, we will cancel the order due to lack of inventory updates. We will only ship items that are available and in stock. You will be charged sales tax if you live in the state of California.
