Returns must be within seven days of purchase. Return shipping must be paid at customer’s expense. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Before returning any items, you must contact Customer Care through email and you must receive an approval.
Any item that is believed to be defective or damaged may only be exchanged for the same item and in either a different size or color, as available.
All refunds will be credited back to the Customer’s store credit only. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process your refund.
